Sagar Ghosh, Founding Owner-Chef was born and raised in Kolkata. His innate flair for both cooking and organization led him into an international career at a young age. Sagar’s natural leadership capabilities moved him to more and more prominent positions. He gained an early international perspective and understanding of diner tastes by working in a range of positions including cruise ship chef. In America he led a development team for upscale contemporary Indian restaurants and was the opening chef for two prominent restaurants. It also led him to open a place of his own, Delhi Belly.
